Privacy

Your lease numbers never leave your browser.

The math happens on your device, so there is nothing for us to collect about your deal. We never sell your data and run no dealer lead-gen. We do show Google ads, which set cookies — details and choices below.

How the calculator works

The effective-cost calculator is 100% client-side. Every figure you type — MSRP, selling price, money factor, residual, down payment, your state — is computed in JavaScript running inside your own browser. The same is true of the on-device worksheet OCR: if you scan a dealer lease worksheet, the image is read entirely in your browser and is never uploaded. None of it is sent to a LeaseWorth server. There is no round-trip, no upload, and no copy of your deal stored anywhere we can see.

Advertising & cookies

To keep the calculator free, LeaseWorth shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure those ads, and may collect data as described in their policies. This is third-party advertising data — it is separate from your lease inputs, which (as above) never reach us or Google.

What we do not do

  • No selling your data. We never sell your data. We are not a dealer lead-gen funnel, and your lease inputs are not a product we package or sell.
  • No first-party tracking of your deal. We set no LeaseWorth analytics pixels or first-party tracking cookies on your numbers. The only cookies on the site are the third-party advertising cookies described above.
  • No accounts. You never sign up, log in, or hand us an email to use the calculator.

Shared links

If you choose to share a result, the link encodes the lease inputs you decided to share — directly in the URL — so the recipient sees the same calculation. That is the only time your numbers travel anywhere, and it only happens because you created and sent the link. Don't want to share the figures? Don't share the link.

The API

The separate developer API is a server product with its own terms: it requires an API key and meters usage, so requests to api.leaseworth.app are logged for billing and abuse prevention. That is distinct from the public website calculator described above, which requires no key and logs nothing about your deal.

Hosting

Like any website, our host receives standard request metadata (such as IP address) when your browser fetches a page. We do not combine that with your lease inputs — because your lease inputs never reach us in the first place.
